1. No Refund Policy for Award Registration Fees

All registration fees for the Edxcellence Awards are non-refundable. This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Disqualification of an entry (for any reason, including failure to meet eligibility criteria or submission guidelines).

• Unforeseen circumstances, technical issues (on the registrant's end), or changes in availability after registration.

• The award program or category being modified or cancelled by Edxcellence (in such rare cases, a separate communication regarding potential alternative arrangements or credits may be issued at Edxcellence's sole discretion, but refunds are not guaranteed).

Once payment is processed, it is considered final. We encourage all applicants to carefully review the award criteria, submission guidelines, and these policies before submitting their registration.

2. Payment Terms

3. Pricing and Fee Adjustments

• Current Fees: The applicable registration fees are those published on the Edxcellence Awards registration page at the time of your submission.

• Changes to Fees: Edxcellence reserves the right to change award registration fees at any time without prior notice. However, once you have paid for a registration, that specific fee will be honored for your submission.

• Discounts/Promotions: Any discounts or promotional codes must be applied at the time of registration and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Disqualification and Forfeiture

• Compliance with Rules: It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure that their entry fully complies with all award eligibility criteria, submission guidelines, and rules as published on the Edxcellence website.

• Disqualification: Edxcellence reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the specified criteria, contains false information, violates intellectual property rights, or is deemed inappropriate or non-compliant for any reason, as determined by Edxcellence in its sole discretion.​

• Forfeiture: In the event of disqualification, the registration fee paid will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property and Data Usage

• Submission Rights: By submitting an entry, you grant Edxcellence a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the submitted materials for the purpose of judging, promoting the awards, and showcasing winners, across all media.

6. Changes to Award Program
