Article 1: General

Definitions

“Agreement” means any agreement entered into by Edxcellence Awards with a Contact, including participation, sponsorship, or attendance at the Event.
“Contact” means any third party, including participants, sponsors, speakers, or advertisers, whether individuals or organizations.
“Contributor” means a person providing expertise by speaking, training, or writing for the Event.
“Edxcellence Awards” refers to the entity organizing the Edxcellence Award Show for consultancy and study abroad services.
“Event” means the Edxcellence Award Show, including physical and digital components.
“Participant” means a person who is registered and accepted to attend or take part in the Event.
“Sponsor” means an organization or individual financially or otherwise supporting the Event.
“Website” refers to the official Edxcellence Award Show website.

Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to:
All agreements and offers by Edxcellence Awards;
Participation, sponsorship, and attendance at the Event;
Use of the Event website and services.
1.3 Modifications
Edxcellence Awards reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Article 2: Participation & Registration
2.1 Eligibility
The Event is open to individuals and organizations in the educational sector.
Participants must complete the registration process within the specified deadline.
2.2 Fees & Payments
Participation fees must be paid in full before the Event.
Fees are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled by Edxcellence Awards.
2.3 Code of Conduct
Participants must adhere to professional conduct during the Event.
Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event without a refund.
Article 3: Sponsorship & Promotion
3.1 Sponsorship Agreements
Sponsors receive promotional benefits as per their agreement with Edxcellence Awards.
Sponsorship packages are non-transferable.
3.2 Marketing & Branding
Edxcellence Awards reserves the right to use sponsor logos and names in promotional materials.
Any marketing material must be approved by Edxcellence Awards before use.
Article 4: Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Content Ownership
Speakers and participants retain rights to their presentations but grant Edxcellence Awards a non-exclusive license to use the content for promotional purposes.
4.2 Use of Event Branding
Participants and sponsors must not use the Event name or logo without prior written consent.
Article 5: Event Changes & Cancellation
5.1 Event Modifications
Edxcellence Awards reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, and format.
5.2 Cancellation Policy
If the Event is canceled, registered participants and sponsors will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 days.
No refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawals.
Article 6: Liability & Disclaimer
6.1 Liability
Edxcellence Awards is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or damage during the Event.
6.2 Force Majeure
Edxcellence Awards is not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Article 7: Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 Data Collection
By registering, participants consent to the collection and use of personal data for Event purposes.
7.2 Confidentiality
Any personal or business information shared during the Event must be handled with confidentiality.
Article 8: Miscellaneous
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Edxcellence Awards is registered.
