Attendance is strictly by invitation only.

Guests must present the mandatory QR code or invitation card at check-in.

A valid photo ID is required for all attendees, and international guests must carry their passport for verification.

2. Arrival and Check-In

Doors open at 5:30 PM.

Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes early to complete security and check-in procedures smoothly.

Late arrivals may be seated at an appropriate time to minimize disruption.

3. Dress Code

The dress code is formal or semi-formal attire. Guests are encouraged to dress elegantly to honor the occasion.

4. Security Measures

Comprehensive security checks will be conducted at the entrance.

Large bags, backpacks, and items considered a security risk are not permitted inside the venue.

 

5. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

The use of mobile phones should be kept discreet during formal proceedings.

Photography and videography are allowed only in designated areas or as instructed.

Networking opportunities will be available during designated breaks. Guests are encouraged to engage and connect with fellow attendees while maintaining decorum.

If feeling unwell, guests are encouraged to notify the organizers and refrain from attending the event for the safety of all.
